As a highly performing C-level executive and former chronic stress sufferer, I know and acknowledge the pains you keep silent.

I am a master engineer, a former highly performing C-level Executive who has operated in various innovative High Tech companies. Some as an employee, top manager, and for others as a founder or co-founder, most often acting at a strategic level, accustomed to Executive Committees, Boards of Directors, and other acronyms reserved for “C-level.”

Add to that a background as a highly competitive athlete, driven by competition, a certain level of cognitive and physical hyperactivity, and you get the stereotype of the egocentric white man, thriving successfully in a society where he is widely favored.

So, like any good A-Player, director, C-level executive (or simply boss), I was galvanized by stress, a source of challenge and self-improvement. To the point where I fell into acute and recurrent stress that slowly cooked me, like the fable of the frog boiling in a pot, unable to escape when it realizes the water is too hot. The consequences on my performance, health, and body were severe, and the fall was devastating.

Like others before me, the cold saved me! Deliberate Cold exposure, hormetic breathing, and a long personal introspection, sprinkled with numerous philosophical readings.

So, I experienced daily stress firsthand and paid a heavy price after nearly 15 years of a frantic pace. Despite regularly achieving success, I almost couldn’t enjoy it due to health reasons.

Unfortunately, I am far from being alone in this situation, and that is why Captain Givré was born.

Neither a coach nor a guru nor a lecturer, I am simply the captain of my own ship, which I trained with a frosty discipline toward the path of resilience against the stresses of modern life. I continue my journey with daily ice baths.

Drawing from my personal experience and the numerous individuals and companies I have guided and advised (either from within or as a consultant), I am now on a mission to eradicate the illness of the century!

I am talking about chronic stress. Not debilitating enough to become your top priority, but insidious enough, it is quietly destroying your health.

On the scale of the business, it hinders your productivity, disrupts collective dynamics, trust, and benevolence. Nothing visible in the short term, but disastrous in the medium and long term if you don’t invest in the issue.

A foosball table, fancy team dinners, or a nice year-end bonus won’t solve the problem. For that, you need to understand the theory of stress and experience intense stress imposed by the cold in your body and mind. Living through this moment as a team will become one of your memorable life experiences.

On a mission to eradicate the illness of the century!

Frosty Entrepreneur and C-level Executive.

Unfortunately, I know all too well the pressure associated with high-paying director roles. I also understand how challenging it is to assist teams with the topic of stress, still too taboo in Europe and often synonymous with weakness if openly discussed.

In the guise of Captain Givré, I embark on a crusade against this illness of the century that significantly hampers individual and collective productivity and, worse, literally kills you slowly…

My disruptive and out-of-the-box approach immerses your teams in an immersive and transformative experience they will remember for a long time. Some will use it as a catalyst to cleanse their practices and certain bad habits, while others may overlook it. One can only help those who want to be helped, and when addressing directors or heavyweights” it’s essential to speak their language and have been in their shoes long enough to gain their attention.

Some of my clients, 100% satisfied and now frosty.

Become frosty and finally keep a cool head in any situation!
